Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a winning sales strategy for the On-demand Delivery & Mobility Segment across Europe. Strategize and execute annual business plans tailored for the assigned territory, focusing on acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.
- Bookings and Revenue Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets by creating compelling value propositions and establishing long-term collaborative partnerships with new clients. Win new customers, close multimillion bookings deals, and achieve incremental yearly revenues (IYR) within the first 12 months.
- Customer Engagement: Build deep customer engagement by developing and nurturing executive-level relationships, particularly at the C-level. Align HERE's leadership with the client's strategic vision, generate excitement, and uncover new growth opportunities within the target industries.
- Market Expansion: Utilize a comprehensive understanding of HERE's strengths to address specific challenges within a Multi-Industry segment targeting large enterprises in the On-demand Delivery & Mobility space. Identify and target strategic accounts, guiding your team towards a value-focused approach to secure substantial deals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Champion cross-functional collaboration to drive synergy and success across pre-sales, customer success, professional services, product management, licensing & business operations, legal, revenue marketing, and channel partners.
- Operational Excellence: Demonstrate excellence in execution by ensuring meticulous business planning, accurate sales forecasting, and detailed reporting through SFDC (Salesforce). Attain and maintain trusted advisor status within your assigned territory, grounded in profound industry and technology knowledge, to drive continued business success.
- Over 5+ years of business-to-business sales expertise, with a consistent track record of surpassing bookings and revenue quotas in complex software, SaaS, or PaaS solutions for medium to large enterprises in segments such as the On-demand Delivery & Mobility.
- Demonstrated success with 5+ years of expertise in acquiring new large enterprise accounts, specializing in solving meaningful location-related business problems at scale.
- Proficient in developing and presenting impactful business cases, emphasizing time to value and return on investment.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and successfully develop new territories from scratch, close large deals (> €5M+ transaction value), and manage intricate software, content, and services transactions.
- Proven capability to lead and motivate a virtual winning team, collaborating with industry experts, technical pre-sales, product management, commercial support resources, and HERE management.
- Adaptable to a rapidly changing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a consistent track record of delivering results.
- Independent and effective time manager with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in leveraging defined sales processes and systems, including MS Office and SFDC.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and oral; proficiency in Italian, French, and/or Spanish is a plus.
- MBA with an engineering background is preferred.
