We are seeking a skilled Functional Application Manager to join our Retail Banking IT team. As a key member of our Agile product team, you will be responsible for managing multiple applications, ensuring their stability, and driving business value.
Key Responsibilities- Guarantee the quality and continuity of business services by preventing incidents and resolving them efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Participate in relevant IT changes and projects, and ensure the final acceptance of these changes on your applications.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary SCRUM team consisting of Application Managers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and other functions. Our team values diversity, inclusion, and a collaborative atmosphere.

- WO or HBO level with an IT background.
- At least 4 years of experience in managing multiple applications, including lifecycle management, preferably in Financial Services.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Capable of coaching and helping colleagues on behavior and content.
- Knowledge of the most recent ITIL framework, ASL, and/or BiSL.
- Experience in working in Agile/Scrum teams.
