We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Application Specialist to maintain and develop cooperation with our top customers in France and the Benelux region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring profitable growth through exceptional customer satisfaction, supported by your outstanding sales skills, application expertise, and technical knowledge of Nordson systems.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively manage each customer to ensure high levels of satisfaction and drive profitable growth.
- Develop and execute business strategies for each top customer, aligned with NBS Next targets, to secure profitable growth within the given territory.
- Perform audits of Nordson application systems, assist customers with settings, and finalize application tuning.
- Utilize value selling skills to identify and promote the latest Nordson products to the customer base.
- Conduct training schools for customer personnel.
- Report all activities and customer data in the CRM system to ensure complete transparency.
- Strong sales and technical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
- Technical education and experience in an industrial environment, with a minimum of 5 years.
- Experience with 2pc and 3pc spray equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with a structured method of work and high efficiency.
- Team player in a multinational team.
- Fluent English and French language skills.
- Willingness to travel 80% (typically 1-4 day trips).
- Company car, laptop, and cell phone.
