About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Novotel Amsterdam City. As a key member of our F&B department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service quality and a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the F&B department, including the restaurant, bar, lounge, and room service.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to deliver their best performance, focusing on service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the guest experience, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene.
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling, restaurant planning, and adherence to procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
What We Offer
  • A competitive gross salary of € 2699.15 per month based on a 38-hour work week.
  • Excellent travel allowance from 5.0 km onwards.
  • 25 vacation days based on a full-time (38-hour) working week.

Requirements
  • Completed MBO level 3 diploma.
  • Insight into the regulations in the field of safety and hygiene.
  • At least two years of work experience.
