Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Novotel Amsterdam City. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the Food and Beverage department, ensuring seamless service delivery to our guests.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to deliver their best performance, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Focus on service quality, continuously seeking ways to improve the guest experience and maintain high standards of hospitality.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to challenges, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Manage administrative duties, including scheduling, restaurant planning, and adherence to procedures, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and coaching sessions with your team, ensuring everyone is aligned and continuously improving.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive gross salary of € 2699.15 per month, based on a 38-hour work week.
  • Excellent travel allowance from 5.0 km onwards.
  • 25 vacation days based on a full-time (38-hour) working week.
  • After your probation time, you are invited to stay in Novotel Amsterdam City to a guest experience with a person of your choice, including breakfast and a 3-course dinner meal.

Requirements:
  • Completed MBO level 3 diploma.
  • Insight into the regulations in the field of safety and hygiene.
  • At least two years of work experience.
