We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Ring Insights team at Ring of Security B.V. - H42. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in facilitating Alpha, Beta, and Delta testing for our products designed to reduce crime in neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple stakeholder groups, including cross-functional and technical teams, to ensure successful testing and product launches.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports on feedback, survey results, and metrics captured during testing.
- Take ownership of situations with minimal guidance and drive results-oriented decision making.
- Monitor backend metrics for assigned programs and correlate them with tester feedback to identify trends.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and create test plans for Alpha, Beta, and Delta Programs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to create test cases for users to complete during the testing phase.
- Prepare end-of-week reports for stakeholders on assigned programs.
- Participate in weekly business reviews with leadership to review program progress.
- Work with the logistics team to ship products for assigned programs.
The Ring Insights organization is a growing group of customer-obsessed individuals dedicated to identifying customer needs and advocating for them. Our work centers around Trials (Alpha / Beta Testing), UX Research, and User Acceptance Testing. We assess products or experiences with a 360-degree perspective, ensuring we meet customer needs through research and data.
Requirements- PMP certification or equivalent experience in program or project management.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a tight schedule environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Experience leading process improvements.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, and data cleansing.
- PMP certification or Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or design.
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
