About this role:

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Lead the development of customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze customer data to gain insights and inform marketing decisions.
  • Create advanced customer segmentations using data analytics to ensure effective marketing communications.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies to improve customer outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

A day in the life:

You spend your day analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. You develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty. You work closely with the content team to create targeted marketing materials and collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on customer needs.

What we're looking for:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and marketing strategy.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with customer data and analytics tools, such as SQL and data visualization software.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and digital marketing.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
