Dermatology Area Account Manager

As a Field Project Manager at Novartis, you will be responsible for managing key account relationships and driving sales growth in designated accounts to meet commercial goals. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within accounts, understanding customer challenges, and identifying mutually beneficial solutions that enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales, promotion, and development in designated accounts to reach commercial goals aligned with cross-functional Therapeutic Area squad teams.
- Deliver account plans and required financial results for assigned Key Accounts, working effectively with colleagues in other functions on account objectives and execution.
- Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans, providing strategic input on analysis, future potential, and key programs required for accounts.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, guiding initiatives launched by the company to target particular accounts.
- Analyze market situations, including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and competitors.
- Fluent English and Dutch language skills.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in healthcare science or business administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in Healthcare or Pharma, preferably in Dermatology.
- Project management skills.
- Market knowledge and network are considered a plus.
