Strategic National Account Manager for Priority Therapeutic Areas

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic National Account Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our National Customer Engagement Team, you will be responsible for driving sales, promotion, and development in designated accounts to reach commercial goals aligned with cross-functional Therapeutic Area squad teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to deliver financial results for assigned Key Accounts
- Collaborate with colleagues in other functions to align on account objectives and execute strategies
- Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans for assigned accounts
- Analyze market situations, including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and competitors
- Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling, and provide accurate data for the Novartis CRM system
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Dutch language skills
- Bachelor or Master's degree in healthcare science or business administration
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role in Healthcare or Pharma or related business
- Project management skills
- Market knowledge and network are considered a plus
