Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package and flexible working environment are also offered.
About the Role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for direct accountability and ownership for some of Diageo Netherlands' biggest grocery customers, playing a pivotal role in delivering the channel and overall business.
This role involves leading strategic and differentiated customer joint business plans, instrumental in delivering Category and Consumer-led initiatives across the total Diageo portfolio to provide win-win-win solutions for Diageo, customer, and shopper.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct management of customer P&L, ensuring customer performance against financial targets and executional standards.
- Demonstrating strong commitment to Diageo's internal compliance policies.
- Create and implement customer plans to unlock business growth, including joint business planning, negotiation, and contract implementation.
- Excellence in building customer relationships, delivering brilliant customer service at every touch point.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG industry.
- Energized by the pursuit of growth, with short- and long-term vision, and a willingness to take calculated risks.
