About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within key accounts while respecting the image of the adidas brand.
- You will represent the brand externally and internally as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa.
- You will drive the development of the Foot Locker account across Europe, formalized through the Strategic Business Plan with sign-off by the direct superior.
- You will understand the account business and ensure Account Fact Books are maintained and updated on time and accurate.
- You will ensure continuous monitoring of sell-out and the order book as well as cost-effective and reliable supply / delivery for the account.
- You will provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance.
- You will work within the agreed adidas trade terms with the account.
- Market share growth within the category or account, to include digital strategy and in-store branded space solutions to ensure the adidas brand is best in class in line with Strategic Business Plan goals and objectives.
- Budget / Sales target compliance.
- Inventory / Sales development / Order Book Management.
- Account contractual agreements are followed at all times.
- Foot Locker buying and planning departments.
- adidas Sales, CtC, respective BUs, Brand Marketing, Finance, Business Planning, Customer Service.
- Previous experience of successfully working within the Sporting goods or Fashion Industries at a similar level.
- Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation.
- Results-oriented attitude.
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
