Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating EHS programs and policies for the organization.

This includes conducting risk assessments, developing safety procedures, training employees on EHS regulations, and investigating accidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of European EHS regulations and practices, as well as experience in managing ergonomic programs and possessing ergonomics certification.

The EHS Manager will also be responsible for building strong relationships with EHS vendors in the region, facilitating Quarterly Business Reviews, and driving safety awareness training. Additionally, they will oversee and maintain regional ergonomics programs and evaluations, investigate and support EHS-related incident investigations, and conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate EHS programs and policies
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop safety procedures
  • Train employees on EHS regulations
  • Investigate accidents and incidents
  • Build strong relationships with EHS vendors
  • Drive safety awareness training
  • Oversee regional ergonomics programs and evaluations
  • Investigate and support EHS-related incident investigations
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of EHS experience, with at least 3 years in a manager or supervisory role
  • Experience in managing ergonomic programs and possessing ergonomics certification
  • Extensive experience with risk management in datacenters and electrical safety
  • EHS Certifications such as NEBOSH international General Certificate (IGC), IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
  • Demonstrated experience in applying strong knowledge and depth of understanding of the European EHS regulations and procedures
