Werkbeschrijving

Als Inside Sales Medewerker bij ECS Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) bied je sales- en administratieve ondersteuning in het offerte- en orderproces. Je werkt nauw samen met de Business Development Managers van het Cloud team om klanten op tijd hun gevraagde producten en diensten te leveren.

Functieinhoud

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het opstellen van offerte aanvragen
  • Het verwerken van inkomende bestellingen
  • Vragen beantwoorden over prijzen en producten
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten
  • Proactief contact met de klant over lopende offerte aanvragen
  • Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van langdurige relaties met je accounts
  • Communiceren met medewerkers van verschillende andere afdelingen binnen de organisatie
  • Afhandelen van aftersales en andere administratieve taken
  • Werken met CRM- en administratieve systemen
