ECS Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), een onderdeel van Arrow Electronics, levert innovatieve IT-oplossingen om complexe zakelijke uitdagingen op te lossen. We leveren value-added distributie, bedrijfsadviezen en channel enablement services aan toonaangevende technologiefabrikanten en hun partners. Als Inside Sales Cloud Specialist bied je sales- en administratieve ondersteuning in het offerte en orderproces. Samen met je Inside Sales collega's zorg je ervoor dat alle klanten op tijd hun gevraagde producten en diensten ontvangen. Bij het klantcontact komen je communicatieve vaardigheden en commerciële kennis goed van pas en we vragen je om verkoopkansen te signaleren; Je bent klantgericht en hebt de bedrijfsdoelstellingen voor ogen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Business Development Managers van het Cloud team.

Functie inhoud:

• Het opstellen van offerte aanvragen.

• Het verwerken van inkomende bestellingen.

• Vragen beantwoorden over prijzen en producten.

• Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten.

• Proactief contact met de klant over lopende offerte aanvragen.

• Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van langdurige relaties met je accounts.

• Communiceren met medewerkers van verschillende andere afdelingen binnen de organisatie, zoals Creditmanagement en Customer Services.

• Afhandelen van aftersales (back-order, afhandelen van vragen) en andere administratieve taken.

• Werken met CRM- en administratieve systemen.

Waar zijn wij naar op zoek?

• Je hebt ervaring in verkoop/interne verkoop/administratieve/klantenservice/marketingfuncties in verschillende sectoren - ervaring in de IT-industrie is niet verplicht

• Nederlandstalig (moedertaal/vloeiend)

• Vloeiend in Engels

• Vermogen om strategische zakelijke relaties op te bouwen en te ontwikkelen

• Efficiënte communicatie met mensen op alle niveaus

• Je bent een teamspeler

• Motivatie om te leren
