Job Description

Arrow ECS B.V. (fka Logix Nederland B.V.) is looking for a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing sales and administrative support in the offerte and order process. You will work closely with your Inside Sales colleagues to ensure that all customers receive their requested products and services on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit offerte requests

• Process incoming orders

• Answer customer inquiries about prices and products

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

• Proactively contact customers regarding ongoing offerte requests

• Support the development and maintenance of long-term relationships with your accounts

• Communicate with colleagues from various departments within the organization, such as Creditmanagement and Customer Services

• Handle aftersales (back-order, handling of questions) and other administrative tasks

• Work with CRM and administrative systems

Requirements

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in CRM and administrative systems
