About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team at Patchmanager B.V. in Amsterdam. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers successfully implement our industry-leading PATCH MANAGER software solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise to customers to ensure successful implementation of our software solution.
  • Work closely with customer representatives to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a technical subject or exact science.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a technical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
