Customer Service Team Lead

Page Personnel is currently recruiting a Customer Service Team Lead for one of its clients in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 20 administrative and customer service employees, ensuring the client receives the expected quality, and being available for possible troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of administrative and customer service employees to achieve high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Generate reports and control priorities based on these reports to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the client to understand their needs and expectations, and develop strategies to meet them.
- Identify and address any issues that may impact the team's performance or client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing customer service operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the client and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
