Job Title: Senior Manager Customer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Customer Service to join our team at Michael Kors. As a key member of our Wholesale Operations Support team, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the customer service experience for our wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enhance the customer service experience for wholesale clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • College degree (preferably University)
  • Previous experience in B2B Wholesale Operations Support in a leadership position
  • Leadership skills and empathy
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, self-starter environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of the English language on a proficient level
