We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Customer Service Wholesale team in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the customer service experience for our wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service to our wholesale clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a wholesale or B2B environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and wholesale operations, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional European languages a plus
