Customer Solutions Specialist

Vestas is a global leader in sustainable energy solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Customer Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers, ensuring their wind energy projects are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues and communicating with our Technical Support Department to ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and record all technical issues in relevant systems, ensuring easy access for stakeholders and facilitating proactive issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, enhancing customer experience and driving business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide constructive feedback and suggestions for new solutions to prevent technical issues from recurring.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or relevant professional experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of wind turbines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent English, with Dutch preferred, and other language skills an asset.
