Salary and Benefits
- The estimated gross monthly salary for this position is approximately €7,500, based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary, which you can use to acquire additional employment benefits.
- You will receive five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks annually.
- A personal development budget of €1,000 per year allows you to accumulate up to €3,000.
- Enjoy flexibility in your work arrangements, with the possibility of working from home in consultation with your team and depending on your position.
- An annual public transport pass provides free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.

Job Description
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Trade Finance Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth by applying your commercial mindset and product skills. You will be part of the vision and strategy development for the Trade Finance franchise, driving performance dialogues on product performance and customer satisfaction based on data.
You will visualize customer journeys and processes, determine improvement areas, and lead initiatives from idea to working products/ features, including IT delivery. Additionally, you will ensure that our products and processes comply with regulations, non-financial risk management, and market standards.
Working Environment
You will be part of the Value Proposition Block within the Trade Finance franchise. Your team consists of six colleagues, and you will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Operations, and other departments that provide centralized capabilities.
We have a hybrid way of working, allowing you to balance office time with remote work arrangements. Our team culture values collaboration, open communication, and mutual support.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should be a Trade Finance professional with a passion for delivering value as a real go-getter. You should have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience in the field of Trade Finance, along with a high business acumen and commercial growth focus.
An entrepreneurial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills is essential, as well as a higher educational background and relevant work experience. You should be comfortable with challenging the status quo for digitally transforming our Trade Finance business.
