Menstrual Health Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Menstrual Health Program in low- and middle-income countries. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to improving menstrual health and dignity for millions of women and girls.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large-scale government-funded project that focuses on promoting menstrual health and access to menstrual products. Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with consortium members to commission market research and assess social entrepreneurship ecosystems in target countries;
- Leading the selection of local social enterprises for small grants and capacity-building, based on their needs and alignment with the project's agenda;
- Coordinating due diligence, contracting, and monitoring of grantees' projects, as well as providing ongoing support and capacity-building;
- Managing international travel up to 20%.
This position requires a strong track record in social entrepreneurship, public health, and SRHR/WASH/Gender/Human Rights. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills, as well as experience working in cross-cultural contexts.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits include:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable field;
- 5-7 years of relevant working experience in social entrepreneurship, with at least 3 years in a management position;
- Proven affinity with Public Health/SRHR/WASH/Gender/Human Rights;
- Full proficiency in English and French, with Spanish a plus;
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
