Customer Experience Development Specialist

As a Customer Experience Development Specialist at Tonsser, you will be part of the product team, working on various aspects of the football app, including user support, customer engagement, user research, CRM, and product development. You will have the opportunity to work on individual projects, gaining invaluable experience in communicating with users, understanding their needs, and sharing insights to improve the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional user support and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct user research to gather feedback and improve the user experience.
- Work closely with the product development team to implement changes and improvements.
- Contribute to the development of in-app content strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and verbal English is critical for day-to-day communication, Dutch is mandatory.
- Understanding of the culture of ONE of the following: Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, English, French, German, Swiss, Austrian, or Portuguese youth.
- Ability to work approx. 40 hours a week.
