Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will support the sales process of new vehicles. Ford is one of the brands that leads the transition of this sales process, where the sale of vehicles will become more online and will be facilitated by the brand itself.
  • You will be involved in following up on leads.
  • You will support customers during the (online) sales process, from configuring a new vehicle to making a delivery appointment.
  • You will make appointments for customers at one of the Ford dealerships. Not only for a test drive, but also to discuss the exchange of their current vehicle.
Your Profile
  • You are motivated and want to develop yourself to become an expert in Ford products.
  • You have good communication skills. You understand people, how they feel, and what motivates them - your strong interpersonal skills ensure a great customer experience.
  • You have a commercial mindset. You feel comfortable when the customer shows clear interest, where you present benefits and address objections.
  • You are a natural talent with digital technology - it doesn't matter how a customer approaches you (via social media, email, video call), you have it under control. Both in Dutch and English.
  • You are accurate, precise, and analytical in your work.
  • You are flexible in collaboration with colleagues, both within the team and outside to achieve the best result for the customer. Also, when working independently.
  • You are looking for a part-time or full-time job.
  • You want to start your career.
