We zoeken een Business Support Medewerker - Finance die essentiële functionele ondersteuning biedt aan ons team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van training en ondersteuning met betrekking tot ons ERP-systeem.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Je biedt functionele ondersteuning en training met betrekking tot het ERP-systeem van Fugro.
  • Je helpt gebruikers bij het navigeren door de software, het vaststellen en oplossen van functionele problemen en het beantwoorden van vragen.
  • Je documenteert gebruikersinteracties, gerapporteerde problemen en oplossingen nauwkeurig in een ticketsysteem of kennisbank.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met ontwikkelaars, systeembeheerders en BPE's om complexe problemen te escaleren, bugfixes te coördineren en updates te communiceren aan eindgebruikers.
  • Je identificeert voortdurend kansen om het gebruikersondersteuning proces te verbeteren en ontwikkelt selfservice bronnen zoals FAQ's, gebruikershandleidingen en zelfstudie video's.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van de nieuwste software-updates om optimale ondersteuning te garanderen.
  • Je helpt bij het identificeren van de belangrijkste risico's en stelt waar mogelijk mitigerende maatregelen voor in het ERP-systeem.

Wat je te bieden hebt

  • Je hebt minimaal een MBO-diploma met ervaring in financiële of boekhouding.
  • Je hebt een passie voor functionele gebruikersondersteuning.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een achtergrond in een internationale projectgerichte omgeving en certificeringen zoals ITIL of HDI Support Center Analyst.
  • Je bent servicegericht en hebt sterke communicatie- en stakeholdermanagement vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt uitstekende Engelse taalvaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
