Job Description

As a Relationship Manager at ING, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our top-tier clients in the real estate market. Your primary goal will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also ensuring the satisfaction of our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on real estate financing and sustainability.
  • Act as a lead generator for other ING segments and Real Estate Specialists.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of approximately 40-45 clients with an average size of 600 million assets under management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling of other ING services and products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate financing and customer management.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong desire to drive business growth and innovation.
