Overview

Verathon is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our Commercial Operations Team.

The Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient use of the Salesforce (SFDC) platform for all users within the organization. This position involves gathering user requirements and converting them into actionable specifications and solutions. The ideal candidate will utilize agile development methodologies to deliver robust solutions promptly and analyze SFDC configurations to recommend best practices and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for SFDC users, providing high-quality support through various communication channels.

• Organize and facilitate meetings with relevant stakeholders as necessary.

• Offer ongoing support and system administration to swiftly resolve production issues.

• Develop and generate reports and metrics as required.

• Align with organizational goals to maintain and document a clear vision for application usage.

• Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards to meet user needs.

• Manage user accounts, roles, security settings, profiles, workflow rules, price books, and approval workflows.

• Oversee mass data imports and exports to ensure data integrity.

• Continuously seek to enhance processes.

• Assist in managing custom data integrations with various internal data sources.

• Administer configuration, customization, data management, campaign management, and support for AppExchange applications.

• Create training materials and user documentation, updating them as business needs evolve.

• Conduct training sessions for users on new functionalities and enhancements.

• Leverage marketing automation expertise to optimize the Pardot implementation.

• Act as the primary contact for maintaining and improving the Pardot interface.

• Establish and implement best practices for system maintenance, configuration development, testing, and data integrity.

• Conduct testing and quality assurance of enhancements using sandbox environments.

• Maintain relevant Salesforce certifications.

• Lead the administration of significant system enhancements, including multi-object processes and new features.

• Design and develop custom objects as needed.

• Stay updated with new release documentation and recommend targeted functionality implementations to support the Sales organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Professional proficiency in English and one additional language is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience administering SFDC in a multi-department environment.

• Certified Administrator status is required.

• Experience with marketing automation tools, particularly Pardot, is preferred.

• Familiarity with evaluating and implementing CPQ tools is a plus.

• Experience supporting an international user base is advantageous.

• Advanced Excel skills, particularly with VLOOKUP and pivot tables, are essential.

• Ability to work independently and proactively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed trade-offs.

• Capable of working under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to collaborate with virtual and global cross-functional teams.

• A comprehensive understanding of business processes and attention to detail.
