Job Title: Financial Compliance and Reporting Specialist

As a key member of the Corporate Financial Compliance & Reporting department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting for the ARLANXEO Group. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising Group management, regional finance teams, and other Group functions on complex accounting topics and compliance aspects of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in projects to improve accounting and reporting processes and tools, driving optimization and digitization initiatives.
  • Advise on complex accounting issues, maintaining Group Accounting Guidelines based on IFRS, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Coordinate external audits, including quarterly reviews and year-end audits, and prepare the Group Annual Report and Quarterly Statements.
  • Prepare and present quarterly management reports and analysis of financial data for internal and external purposes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, preferably with a post-master degree.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of professional experience in Corporate Accounting or Audit, preferably in an international environment, manufacturing business, or a Big 4 firm.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) and deep knowledge of reporting and accounting principles (IFRS).
  • Experience in a multicultural and multi-disciplinary global business environment and ability to operate in a project environment.
