We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Picnic's Amsterdam HQ. As a key member of our People team, you will play a critical role in driving performance and talent development across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Performance and Talent Development: Conduct regular check-ins and bi-annual reviews with employees to drive performance and talent development.
- Conduct Administrative Tasks: Manage all administrative tasks related to development agreements, contracts, and compensation.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide strategic guidance and support to leadership teams to enhance leadership effectiveness.
- Drive People-Related Initiatives: Design and implement people-related initiatives to drive business outcomes.
- Design and Improve People Programs: Develop and improve people programs, including staffing, onboarding, learning & development, and rotation processes.
- Build Organizational Health: Ensure the organization is structured to achieve business objectives.
- Manage Talent: Ensure the right people are in the right roles to drive business success.
- Enable Business Leaders: Support business leaders to cultivate an effective leadership pipeline.
- Master's Degree in HR or Similar Field: A master's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- 2-4 Years of Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar role is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Project Management Experience: Experience in project management and operations is required.
- Driven and Results-Oriented: A driven and results-oriented individual who can challenge convention and reinvent how work is done.
- Natural Coach and Developer: A natural ability to coach and develop teams.
- Data-Driven Approach: A data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Passionate about People: Passionate about people and able to work with colleagues of all levels.
- Fluency in English: Fluency in English is required, with Dutch being a plus.
