People Business Partner

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Business Partner to join our Enabling Function (EF) team. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing strategic HR guidance and support to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the business strategy, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational change.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, leveraging your expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
- Conduct regular employee listening sessions to understand employee concerns and develop action plans to address them.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business partnering roles, with a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management and employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
