People Business Partner Specialist

Arcadis is seeking a People Business Partner to join our Enabling Function (EF) team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to our business leaders, driving business outcomes, and fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and employees to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
- Provide strategic and operational HR support to business leaders, including talent management, organizational development, and change management
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives
- Conduct regular employee listening sessions and provide feedback to business leaders to inform HR strategies
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and provide guidance to business leaders on HR-related matters
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering and organizational development
- Strong consulting, coaching, and presentation skills
- High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound business acumen and ability to analyze data to drive business outcomes
- Broad knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, organizational development, and change management
