Axiom Technologies is a leading provider of Managed IT solutions, serving medium to large-scale enterprises globally. With a strong presence in Australia, we deliver high-quality technical support to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team as a Desktop Engineer. This role will involve providing onsite and on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a related field and possess strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. They will also have a solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems, desktops, workstations, and printers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately testing, identifying, repairing, resolving, and documenting end-user technical issues
  • Troubleshooting and resolving software issues, including remote support
  • Reimaging computers and hard drives in accordance with customer standards
  • Performing asset inventory activities as needed

Desirable skills include Dell/HP certification, ITIL 3-/4 foundation certification, and experience with customer service software such as Service Now.

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience.
