About the Role
At Zenchef, we're looking for a skilled Customer Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through both real-time and asynchronous communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent our brand with warmth and expertise, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our values.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our platform features to provide accurate and timely support.
- Handle customer inquiries via tickets, calls, and messaging systems, aiming for quick, effective resolutions.
- Share your insights by updating our internal knowledge base with useful tips and customer feedback.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to influence our product roadmap.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support or the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
