Business Architect for Integrated Risk Management

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our Risk & Business Assurance (RBA) sector at ASML. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the RBA organization by developing and maintaining an integrated risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a risk business architecture strategy based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations
- Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key risk views of ASML
- Capture the tactical and strategic risk business goals that provide traceability through the organization and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance
- Define the set of strategic, core and support risk processes across functional and organizational boundaries
- Define the risk data set, shared across ASML and the relationships between those data elements
- Map the ASML risk governance by capturing relationships among risk roles, capabilities and business units
Requirements
- Master degree or equivalent in Business or Enterprise Architecture
- 8 years minimum experience in Legal, Information Security, Compliance, Governance or Risk Management
- May have worked as Risk & Compliance Officer, In-Company Secretarial function, or Information Security capacity
- Previous experience with process management is a must-have
- Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management or similar GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) tooling is a big plus
- Knowledge of industry-related standards and regulations e.g., SOx, ISO 27000, ISO 31000 etc. is considered a big plus

- Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities
