Internal Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Account Manager to join our team. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Manage customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and customer service experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working.
