Job Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record in account management and sales within the power supply market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the industry, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 OEM customers in the DACH region

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share

• Strategically manage and support existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

• Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity

• Achieve defined sales targets and objectives within the designated territory

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coherent strategy and customer experience

• Report on sales results and forecast future market potential

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management or sales within the power supply market (at least 10 years)

• Technical background and extensive market knowledge, including an understanding of competitors

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a home-based setting

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a business developer mindset

• Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time to visit clients and manage accounts within the designated region

• Technical acumen and industry experience are critical
