Internal Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team in Helmond. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our internal and external clients receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify key stakeholders and collaborate with our operations team, sales managers, and account team to deliver timely quotes, process orders, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer contact, select partners, issue and follow up on quotations, and provide KPI reports.
- Address customer inquiries, manage orders, cancellations, and complaints, and optimize processes.
- Coordinate with various managers and conduct customer visits to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Sales-oriented mindset and ability to bring projects to a successful and commercially interesting result.
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working, with similar experience.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent daily contact with customers.
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
- Technical or commercial education or comparable qualifications.
- Class B driver's license and willingness to travel.
