We're seeking a talented Data-Driven Shelf Life Analyst to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company in Nijmegen. This exciting internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in shelf life modeling, data analysis, and laboratory work.

About the Role

This 5-to-6-month internship is designed for students or recent graduates in Food Technology, Quality Management, Process Engineering, or related fields. As a Data-Driven Shelf Life Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Validating Sauces Protocols for Shelf Life in new packaging
  • Understanding the validation of protocols for different recipes & packaging
  • Validating Emulsions & Non Emulsions Sauces by Shelf Life modeling
  • Reviewing relevant literature
  • Performing Chemical, Physical, and Packaging analyses
  • Executing practical activities (including shelf life tasting and lab analysis)
  • Creating periodic reports and presentations to keep the team informed about findings and progress

We offer an estimated salary of €30,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Requirements

To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You should have strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement but other languages are a plus)
  • You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load for the duration of the internship
  • You have EU working rights
  • You have experience in laboratory analysis and data modeling (or are willing to learn)
