Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? At Circular IT Group, we're growing fast and seeking a proactive, energetic Sales Executive to strengthen our team in the DACH region. Based in Amsterdam, you'll be the driving force behind our success in the German-speaking market.
Key Responsibilities:- Hunt for new business opportunities in the DACH market, identifying and contacting potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Tailor IT solutions to meet the specific needs of clients and offer exceptional service.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and exceed your targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Drive your own success by consistently meeting and surpassing sales goals.
- 2+ years of experience in sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Native-level German speaker with a strong command of English.
- Excellent communicator, able to build trust and meaningful connections.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to pick up the phone and make things happen.
- Based in or near Amsterdam, with a hybrid working model (mostly office-based, with some flexibility for remote work after proven performance).
- A competitive salary of €3,300 - €4,200 per month.
- Performance-based bonuses: earn more based on hitting your sales targets.
