Job Title: Customer Experience Director

At Foot Locker, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our customer support team in Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all our banners in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer support strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead a team of customer support professionals to provide timely and effective support to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage customer support budgets and resources to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless customer support
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in another European language
