Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain the game's live-service, handling day-to-day tasks and ensuring a seamless player experience.
- Assist with regular server maintenance and content updates, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collect and analyze player feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the gaming experience.
- Design and execute in-game events, fostering a strong community and encouraging player engagement.
- Collaborate with community managers, customer support staff, and other live-ops specialists to drive game improvement and player satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest game updates, providing expert support to the player base and addressing technical issues promptly.
- Native/bilingual level of German.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the video game industry, preferably in CS, QA, live-ops community management, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge and gameplay experience of MMORPGs.
- Prior experience interacting with gaming communities and a strong customer service ethic.
- Technical knowledge of online game live services and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Avid Black Desert Online player.
- Project management experience or related certificates.
- Graphic design or video production/editing skills.
- Proficiency in Korean.
