We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Arrow Electronics. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities with our reseller partners.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Arrow Account Managers and Account Directors to identify key reseller partners with high sales potential.
- Develop and execute successful business plans with reseller partners, focusing on distribution managed and mid-market partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the vendor and channel customer base.
- Identify new partners and engage and enable them to drive incremental sales.
- Support and drive activity around campaigns and projects to target specific go-to-market messaging.
- Regularly forecast opportunities and provide intel for short- and long-term deals.
- Maximize margin opportunity by focusing on partners and targets with greater margin potential.
- Enable partners through regular sales training and facilitate the delivery of technical training.
- Gain a high-level profile and trust within the partner base to ensure Arrow is brought in on larger projects.
- Experience in a similar position within software solutions sales in IT channel sales or end-user sales.
- A full driving license and readiness to travel.
- Dutch – native/fluent.
- Fluency in English.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
- Effective communication with people at all levels.
- Natural propensity to adopt a structured approach.
- Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts.
