About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nutrition Clinical Research Unit Manager to join our team at Danone. As a key member of our Research and Development department, you will be responsible for the set-up, conduct, and management of clinical studies performed in our Nutrition Clinical Research Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical study protocols and procedures
  • Manage and coordinate the operational aspects of clinical studies, including planning, logistics, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable legislation
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Clinical Research, Quality, and Facilities, to ensure seamless study execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners
  • Provide high-quality clinical study results and ensure timely delivery of study reports
  • Drive innovation and digitalization of operational clinical research aspects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a life science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical study operational management in a clinical unit setting
  • Thorough knowledge of legislation and ICH-GCP guidelines
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
