Your Expedition: User Research at Polarsteps

We're a dynamic team of innovators at Polarsteps, a travel app that's changing the way people explore the world. As a User Researcher, you'll be part of our Product organization, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the user's voice is heard and championing a culture of learning and listening throughout the company.

Your Itinerary
  • Collaborate with Product Teams to identify, set up, and run initiatives that inform product decision-making.
  • Plan and execute research projects, from planning and recruiting to analyzing and sharing insights.
  • Support product colleagues with setting up smaller research activities, including unmoderated tests and surveys.
  • Turn research into actionable insights that drive product development.
The Equipment in Your Backpack
  • 2+ years of experience as a User Researcher in a consumer-focused technology company, preferably in a scale-up environment.
  • A degree in psychology or a related field that focuses on understanding human behavior and motivation.
  • Great communication skills in English, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and promote research findings.
  • A portfolio of finished research that showcases your intermediate-level research capabilities.
