Job Description

We're seeking a talented User Researcher to join our Product organization. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, set up, and run research initiatives that inform product development. Your expertise will help us create a seamless, user-centric experience that sets us apart in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Teams to design and execute research projects, including qualitative and quantitative studies
  • Support product colleagues in setting up their own research activities, including unmoderated testing and survey creation
  • Turn research findings into actionable insights that drive product development
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a User Researcher in a consumer-focused technology company
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to challenge assumptions and promote research findings
  • A portfolio of finished research projects showcasing your expertise
  • A curious and eager mind, driven by an interest in how people use technology to plan and improve their travel experiences
