Project Overview

The Radboud University is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team in the Governance of Grand Societal Challenges project. The project aims to investigate the implementation and effects of decent work regulation in global value chains. We are looking for a researcher who can contribute to our understanding of the complex relationships between business organisations, employee and employer associations, workers, governments, and international and non-governmental organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data collection and data analysis for the project, including field research in production countries
  • Report on empirical findings through written reports and academic articles, as well as presenting at international conferences
  • Teach courses in the Bachelor's degree programme in Business Administration and/or the Master's specialisation in Organisational Design and Development and/or Strategic Human Resource Management

Requirements

We are looking for a researcher with a strong background in business administration, organisational design, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience in data collection and analysis, as well as teaching and research experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
