Project Overview

The Radboud University is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team in the Governance of Grand Societal Challenges project. The project aims to investigate the implementation and effects of decent work regulation in global value chains. We are looking for a researcher who can contribute to our understanding of the topic and help us develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data collection and analysis for the project, including field research in production countries
  • Develop and implement research collaborations with international organisations working on the topic
  • Supervise Master's theses or work groups (0.2 FTE)
  • Teach courses in the Bachelor's degree programme in Business Administration and/or the Master's specialisation in Organisational Design and Development and/or Strategic Human Resource Management

Requirements

  • PhD in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, sociology, political science)
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Experience with data collection and analysis, particularly in the context of global value chains
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
