Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at Radboud University. The successful candidate will be part of a research project focused on the governance of grand societal challenges, specifically decent work regulation in global value chains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on decent work regulation and its effects on organisational wrongdoing and corruption
  • Collect and analyse data using qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, observations, and document analysis
  • Collaborate with international organisations and researchers on the topic
  • Teach courses in Business Administration and/or Organisational Design and Development
Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant field
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Experience with data collection and analysis
  • Strong communication and teaching skills
