Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Intelligent Workplace Solutions and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including account planning, opportunity development, and sales execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and ensure competitiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' businesses, including their goals, challenges, and pain points.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our Intelligent Workplace Solutions and services to clients, highlighting the benefits and differentiators.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales architects, to develop and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and sales performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our sales methodologies, tools, and processes to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a technology or services environment, with a strong track record of sales achievement.
  • Deep understanding of IT Managed Services environment and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and ensure competitiveness.
