Senior Marketeer Job Description

LYNX Amsterdam is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketeer to drive the growth and development of our brand in the Dutch-speaking market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ongoing strategies for demand creation and capture, utilizing various channels such as online ads, SEO, email, social media, events, webinars, partnerships, and offline.
  • Create and manage time-limited multichannel marketing campaigns to support achievement of company commercial targets.
  • Analyze CRM data to create impactful activities that engage and advance prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Create a marketing plan for the German market on a yearly basis, ensuring alignment with the international marketing plan.
  • Maintain relationships with media companies and cover media planning and buying.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams, including Demand Capture, Design & Content, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Brand & Campaign Manager.
  • Set ambitious goals and define key performance indicators and metrics for demand generation and demand capture activities.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of work experience in demand generation and/or demand capture, preferably in Fintech or SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience in managing multi-channel marketing activities to achieve set targets on budget.
  • Experience creating, launching, and reporting on marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills to translate our message to the market.
  • Strong ability to make data-driven decisions on priorities of activities across various channels.
  • Project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills.
